This document describes the processing of data of natural persons through the website DocExploit.com. For more information about DocExploit, S.L., please refer to our Legal Notice.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Personal data received or collected through this website will be processed by DocExploit, S.L., as data controller, for the following purposes:
To analyze and obtain statistics about web traffic and user navigation through our pages, in an aggregate way and without any effort to identify the user. We may also use cookies and other similar devices to display or reproduce content from third-party spaces, for technical and security reasons, all in accordance with the Cookies Policy. The processing of this data will be carried out with your prior and express consent, except in legally exempted cases.
To manage requests or questions through any of the contact channels (telephone, email or forms) on the website, with your consent or, where appropriate, the adoption of pre-contractual measures being the legitimizing basis for the processing of the data.
To process complaints and reports of incidents, queries, crimes or serious or very serious administrative offenses through the Complaints Channel, in compliance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
To participate in current or future training programs and personnel selection processes, with the consent of the affected party.
In cases where fields marked with an asterisk (*) appear, such data is mandatory, without which the corresponding request will not be processed.
The person submitting their data or other documents by the indicated means declares and guarantees that all the information provided, including attachments, is true, correct and complete, that it is up to date, and that it refers to them personally. The sending of personal data referring to third parties, or to minors or incapacitated persons, will not be accepted, with the exception of communications through the Whistleblower Channel. The sender will be responsible for any damages that the above may cause, and declares that there is no legal or statutory impediment to the communication of the data and its subsequent use in the corresponding terms, and that no information provided violates confidentiality or secrecy pacts or agreements, nor does it harm the rights and interests of third parties. In case of errors or variations in the same, please resend the correct information.
DocExploit, S.L. will treat the data confidentially, applying adequate and sufficient technical and organizational measures to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the data, and they will not be communicated to third parties without your express authorization, except in cases expressly permitted or required by law. Unless expressly indicated, no international transfers of your data are foreseen.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the indicated procedures, without prejudice to what is indicated in the Cookies Policy and the provisions established for specific processing, and subsequently and duly blocked until the prescription of possible legal responsibilities arising from the above.

2. TRAINING AND TALENT PROGRAMS
Through our training programs we offer specialized training in IT skills, as well as the incorporation of DocExploit talent.
The data received through the above channel will be processed by DocExploit, S.L. for the purpose of participating in training activities and, if indicated, for participating in personnel selection processes for published or other future vacancies.
For the same purposes and whenever pertinent in relation to the application, profile and possible job offers or opportunities, the data may be communicated to the companies of the DocExploit group, the list of which is indicated in the Legal Notice. The data will not be communicated to third parties outside of the indicated cases. International data transfers are not planned, although if they do take place, we inform you that we will adopt the legally established measures and guarantees in any case.
If you have applied for a specific offer or opportunity, your data will be kept until the end of the corresponding selection process. In the event that you provide us with data without indicating which offer or opportunity you are applying for, we will keep said data for a maximum of two years, at which point we will proceed to delete it unless you expressly authorize us to keep it for the same period.
By filling in the indicated form, you expressly authorize us to process and communicate the indicated data, a consent that you may revoke at any time.

3. WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
All data, as well as attachments, sent through the Whistleblowing Channel, will be processed by the Head of the Internal Information System (Compliance Officer) of DocExploit, S. L., for the registration, management and resolution of complaints or claims for infringement of current regulations and in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of informants on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
You can file complaints or claims anonymously, through the authorized technical means.
The data will, in any case, be treated confidentially, and will not be shared with third parties, except to external professionals specifically designated for the processing of the claim and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities. In the event that labor or disciplinary sanctions are to be adopted, the data will be communicated to the internal Human Resources Manager, as well as, in case it affects the processing of personal data, to our Data Protection Officer.
Any non-essential personal data will be deleted immediately. The sending of special category data will not be allowed, and if received, it will be deleted immediately without registration. The data will be kept for the time necessary to process the complaint or claim, within three months if the investigation is not initiated, and once the procedure has been managed, for the periods indicated in the regulations.
You have the right to use other external information channels provided by public bodies and, if necessary, by European Union institutions.

4. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability of their data, under the conditions established by law, by writing to the email address dpo@DocExploit.com, which is the contact method for our Data Protection Officer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your data is not being processed properly.
